Order before Midday to guarantee next working day delivery.  This is a tracked service.

International Delivery:

We will be delighted to accept orders from customers in other countries for gifts to be delivered within the UK.  For deliveries around the world please contact us directly to discuss delivery terms and costs.

Local Collection:

If you are lucky enough to be local to us and you would like to collect your order, please place your order as normal via our website and pay any postal charge and contact us to advise that you would like to collect. We can then arrange a suitable collection date and time. Your postage charge will be refunded to your payment card when you have collected your order.

Hassle Free Returns:

We hope you will be delighted with your Lolly & Ted products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at hello @ lollyandted.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know.  If you would like to exchange your product please indicate this in your email. If your item is faulty please attach a photograph as this will enable us to resolve the issue quickly.

Once a return has been agreed, please package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days. You should send it to the address on the parcel your order was sent in.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product as a result of you handling it, other than what has been necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it. This includes when the product is in transit back to us.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage as we will be unable to action a refund if the parcel does not arrive back with us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Once the product/s have been received back with us in their original condition, we will refund any pre-agreed costs to you via your original payment method. The original postage costs for the order are non-refundable. 

Please note that personalised goods are made to order and as such are non-refundable.
